My cat licked Anbesol, should I take him to the vet?

I left a cotton swab on the table that I had used to apply Anbesol to a mouth sore, and I just saw my cat licking it! It has Benzocaine in it. I don't think he could have ingested much, but should I be worried? He seems fine right now but I'm still worried
