Information about limited edition Kellogg bowl?

I have a limited edition Kellogg bowl that I got somewhere in between 1995-1999. There are several square-ish things on the inside of the bowl, each with a picture. The characters are Snap, Crackle, Pop, the sun (raisin bran, can't remember the name), a frog with a hat (can't remember the name), the toucan (once again, can't remember the name -_-'), the tiger, and some bird/turkey thing with an oddly shaped beak. Oh, and the monkey (I think he was for cocao puffs?). Does anyone else have this bowl or know anywhere I can find out more? Like, how many of them are there, the year they were released, and how much they're worth now?
