since your bayleef is at a hardy nature, i think it will add more defense and have less attack than usual (or speed). i suggest you should teach it energy ball, stick with synthesis and poison powder and teach it gr knot. if it can learn toxic, teach it toxic, if not, let it stay with posion powder.
