Activation code for neopets...>!?

I made an account for neopets and i gave it my aol sn. And it works so it is correct. I checked all my folders and no activation code. I send my activation code again but i got and neomail from the neopetsteam saying that the message failed to be delivered.. what is wrong i read all the information on neopets about the activation code and nothing seemed like my problem. HELP ME PLEASEEEEEEEE!
