Apartment Problems that have arised?

so theres the problem, the manager of are apparment is the worst u can imagine. he never fixed are crap the ppl upstairs bathroom fell threw to ares thers food comin up in all are drains nothing works everythings broken carpets torn laundry room is a piece of crap the 2 dryers and 2 washers run of extension cords into the wall because the wall plugs dont work the ceilings are cracking and he wanted us to continue paying rent we finally stopped in March, and told him fix are stuf and we will pay well they never came i MEAN NEVER. are apparment has been broken int o2 times and we still have yet to have a door handle on are door that htey were supposed to fix and put a hole in door on, and now its July and they jus served us with a 24 hr notice to get the hell out. we also went to court in like june [last month] and we just now got an eviction notice that was dated june 20th and were just getting it now. CAN THEY DO THIS? and are they really going to throw us out in 24 hrs. ?
