Are my chances higher after a chemical pregnancy?

I just got my first light BFP this week this morning! Im so excited but very nervous. I ended up having a "chemical pregnancy" last month and had got my period after testing. Are my chances higher after a chemical pregnancy that this little eggie will stick? Ive also been taking 200mg of B6 and using progesterone cream for the first time this months cycle. Could that have also impoved the chances too?
