Help!! Pain! Do you know what it is?

an appendix problem wouldnt present itself on the left side with pain that radiated to the shoulder and abdomen. Your kidneys are on the posterior portion of the abdominal cavity (where you said the pain originates. you may have a small problem there such as kidney stones or something along those lines, but that wouldnt radiate to your shoulder. ovarian problems would be on the lower portion of the front abdomen, so i doubt it is that, i also doubt it is the gullbladder. kidneys is my best bet. but that wouldnt explain the pain in the shoulder. as before mentioned see a doctor as they can provide you with the best knowledge of whats going on with your body. if it ever gets significantly worse consider taking yourself to an ER. also keep in mind we cant provide you an accurate guess on what your condition might be on Y!A so dont ume any of us are correct.
