Help with Keynote Presentation?

My friend prefers mac to windows and made me a keynote presentation of some photos from an event over the past weekend. I, however, prefer windows to mac and only have microsoft office. The only apple program i really have is itunes, because of the convenience of its use with my ipod. My question is this: Is there a way to export the photos from the keynote presentation so that i could save them and possibly upload them to facebook or something? I'm willing to get freeware that would be able to do it, but I don't have much spare change lying around for expensive programs or else I would just go out and by keynote to edit it. Help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
