Relax, you'll be OK. Periods do vary in intensity from month to month. During the first 2 or 3 years of your period, this is especially true. This one is particularly heavy. But it WILL stop. It looks like it will be unusually long and heavy this month, but it will stop eventually. It will probably be fine next month. If it becomes a problem, there is an easy solution--birth control pills.
