Im so depressed about ' big brother ' society , what can i do?

The big brother 1984 world may be a bit dramatic, yes the UK (Mainly England) is one of the most watched countries in the world, but i seriously doubt they will be able to ban EVERY single person who does file sharing from the internet, there are simply too many people. Also, the being in prison is a big strike against you, but people change, why not enroll in some cles at your local university? I realize you have extreme social anxiety which leaves you 2 choices.. suck it up and attend the cles, which will be very difficuly at first, but you need to learn breathing techniques and little stress relievers to get you through your day, or simply try and take the courses online. My Advice, keep your head on straight, set a goal and do it, you only have 1 life, why waste it by yourself and leaving no mark on this world?
