One testicle seems to ascend and contract during ejaculation. Right one seems motionless and larger?

hi.....not so long ago i began noticing my right testicle differently. Somehow it feels alittle bigger and harder. Well it really got slightly larger than the left one and when im having ual relashionship, right during the ejaculation(i dnt know if thats how you say it). wel during my ejaculation i kinda feel like only the left side testicle releases semen, and not the other...thats when it feels alittle bit more harder. I might be wrong tho..but it is begining to worry me. Should i go to a doctor? or is this something that happens maybe is it normal?? well please get back at me whenever...
