PMS or the flue or is it both?

It sounds as if you could be experiencing pms as well as flu symptoms. You seem to know the signals that your period is coming and the other things happening to you could definitely be credited to an illness of some kind. I would just wait and see what your doctor says. Most likely, you are coming down with the flu but your period is messing things up even more.
