Start with blown head gasket/ cracked head?

okay, I have a 1992 prelude with a blown head gasket and a cracked head. I need to get it from the street into my garage so I can swap in my h22. The driveway is a little too steep for it to be pushed up, anything i can do to get this thing to start and run for 10 seconds?
