I know that this song was originally from some commercial a long time ago, but it's the song that goes "I...love...parties that never end...AND TWINS". The song plays in Scary Movie 3 after Cindy is walking through the newsroom room discussing her job with her boss and then everyone breaks into a party and this song plays.
