What kind of mandate does Obama have?

He won an electoral landslide, a substantial 7% margin of popular vote, and his party picked up seats in the house and senate. He clearly has a mandate, but for what? I would say for ending the war in Iraq, and enacting his policies on tax reform, universal health care and energy independence. What say you?
